This model utilizes a removable, extended 50" stainless steel conveyor belt (16" wide) with a 20" baking chamber. Because of the extended belt, you'll be able to prep more pizzas, sandwiches, or appetizers, saving you time up front. Its intuitive digital controls on the front of the unit let you easily adjust cooking times from 30 seconds to 15 minutes. The belt even features a reverse function that allows you to keep cooking without having to pick up the food and put it back on the belt. You can adjust the temperature range from 90-600 degrees Fahrenheit to customize your oven to your needs. A 3" opening size accommodates a variety of products.
For easy cleaning, the Lincoln 2500/1346 countertop impinger conveyor oven features a durable stainless steel exterior and four removable air distribution fingers within the baking chamber. 4" legs are included to comply with safety standards for countertop equipment. It requires a 208-240V electrical connection.
