A200 Spiral Dough Hook
This flat, spiral, dough hook is designed for use on the A-200 Hobart 20 qt. mixer. The efficient spiral design provides smoother mixer operation, especially when mixing doughs. This spiral dough hook is made of cast aluminum. 20 QT Dough Hook Attachment This attachment is compatible with older Hobart and Hobart-style mixers. NOT compatible with FMA/Omcan or Hobart LEGACY series mixers.
NOT compatible with these mixers: Berkel , Blakeslee, Doyon, General Slicing, Globe, Univex, Varimixer
