Spiral "ED" Style Hooks are best for pizza and other heavy doughs. Both style Hooks are solid cast aluminum. For mixing yeast-raised dough requiring folding and stretching. available in regular or effective spiral design to provide smoother mixing operation.
Flat Beater Paddles are for creams and smooth cake and cookie batters, icings, potatoes and vegetables. This Heavy Duty Flat Beater is solid cast aluminum.
Stainless Steel Wire Whip are for aerating light mixes including whipped cream, egg whites, icing, meringues and mayonnaise. Wire Loop Whips feature a solid cast aluminum base with stainless steel wires.
