Vulcan-Hart’s braising pan can hold up to 40 gallons, to help you keep up with demanding
cooking operations. The embossed gallon markings make it easy to keep track of how much you are
cooking, while the pouring lip, pan support, and removable strainer make distributing the food convenient.
Thermostatic controls and a cover that holds in place for vented cooking gives the operator complete
control over how the food is cooked.
