beef or make up to 37 gallons of soup at once! Its high efficiency heating system is designed for even heat distribution,
and boasts a 18 kW heating element for fast heat-up and recovery times. Designed for versatility and ease of use, a
tilt skillet / braising pan like this one can grill, braise, steam, simmer, or even fry!
This tilting skillet's stainless steel clad 5/8" thick cooking surface is "bead blasted" to help prevent food from sticking,
and it is also highly resistant to warping. Splash-proof controls, an easy-to-turn manual hand tilt mechanism, and a large
pouring lip ensure ease of use and years of dependable service. With a temperature range of 100-450 degrees Fahrenheit,
you'll be able to use this unit for a wide variety of cooking tasks.
A low, 35" rim height makes the Cleveland SEL-40-T1 40-gallon electric tilting skillet easy to operate even for shorter users,
