Vulcan VG Skillet Temperature Controller 857112-2
This Version has the option for 120V-240V Input T1,T2,T3 & T4
Most newer machines have a step down transformer to reduce control power to the temp controller to 120V
On those models you can use either model 857112-1 or 857112-2 Version 1 is less expensive.
INSTALLATION NOTE: If J1 jumper is not removed, maximum temperature
will only reach 300 degrees.
Kettles usually use jumper for max temp of 300.
Braising Pans (skillets) remove jumper for higher 425 Temp
